When starting out, entrepreneurs frequently experience isolation and the fear of failure. It’s not a happy experience and if it gets out of hand it can threaten your personal relationships, your health, and your chances for success. So, what to do?

2. Engage with friends, family, and colleges while being open and honest.

If you find yourself on the misery train, take action. The next stop might be the hell of falling into a depression spiral.
Ironically the same advice is given to individuals diagnosed with clinical depression. And, often it works better than treatment with medication.
